Description

Solid Fuel (Hydrocarbon) is a type of Ingot that can be burned in a Generator (Solid Fuel) for energy.

Obtaining

Solid Fuel (Hydrocarbon) is Processed in a Furnace or Advanced Furnace, using a 100% Methane gas mixture at 950K to 100kK, and a 1 MPa to 100MPa pressure range. 1 mol of Methane is consumed per gram created.

Processing

SolidFuel can be used as mid-level fuel to generate power in the Solid Fuel Generator.

When burned in a Solid Fuel Generator, SolidFuel provides a sizable 400 kJ of power per unit (20 kJ/tick for 20 ticks or 20 kW for 10 seconds). However, burning it indoors can be a bad idea, as it generates hot, toxic gases. Specifically, each unit of SolidFuel burned produces the following gases at 473.15 K (200.0 °C):

20 mol Pollutant
5 mol Carbon Dioxide
