Purpose[edit]
A Kit (Blast Door) is used to build a Portal that will withstand extreme forces.
A Kit (Airlock) might serve as a suitable substitution, offering far less pressure and damage resistance, but can be operated manually.
Characteristics[edit]
All varients of Kit (Blast Door) share the following characteristics:
- They are guaranteed to be airtight.
- They have no limit to the Pressure it can constrain.
- They have a very high resistance to Damage compared to other Portals.
- They can be used in the construction of an Airlock.
- They can be built horizontally.
Variants[edit]
Variant | Requirements | Characteristics |
---|---|---|
Blast Door | 1 x Kit (Blast Door) | Resists infinite pressure differential |
Manufacture[edit]
Kit (Blast Door)'s are manufactured using:
Manufacturer | Requirements |
---|---|
Hydraulic Pipe Bender | #J Power, 3g Iron, 15g Steel |
Fabricator | #J Power, 3g Iron, 15g Steel |
Recycling[edit]
Kit (Blast Door)'s can be recycled using a Recycler in conjunction with a Centrifuge to yield #g Iron and #g Copper
Destruction[edit]
Kit (Blast Door)'s can be destroyed using a Arc Furnace, a Furnace or with multiple shots from a Weapon
