Ferns need the following
- Water: any pipe system connected to water will do.
- Temp: Min 15 Degree Celsius
Uses
- Previously, was placed in the Reagent Processor up to 20 at a time to make 100 Fenoxitone Powder as a stack. Each fern was worth 5 powder per process.
- Now fern can be used directly as replacement for Fenoxitone Powder
- Fern is needed for Milk
- Ten ferns will produce 1.44 Mol of Oxygen per minute, and will consume 2.88 Mol of CO2 per minute (same as any other common plant)
- Note that the genetically engineered Darga Fern converts CO2 to O2 at a much faster rate (7 times faster) than the common Fern or other common plants
