The Terrain Manipulator is a tool used to manipulate terrain, it takes a battery cell to power, and a Dirt Canister to use.
Use[edit]
While in the active hand, use right-click or 'O' to turn On/Off. Use left-click to use. Can be used to add material to a terrain, useful for any type of terraforming.
