Purpose[edit]
The Landing Pad Runway provides a place for Trader planes to land. It can be placed on any support structures and must be outside. It must be paired with the Landing Pad to allow space planes to land.
Usage[edit]
To create a runway for Trader's space plane to land, one can make a 1-wide line going from the Landing Pad to a Landingpad Threshold.
It is also possible to make a wider line with Landing Pad or this kit, Landing Pad Runway but this serves no actual purpose in the game as of update V of trading.
With a runway placed before a landing pad, space shuttles will also first land on the threshold and then move horizontally, facilitating the creation of a pressurised space hangar to accommodate human traders.
Taxi Hold[edit]
A taxi hold (as displayed in the image on the side) can be used to let traders wait at that position until you press the button on the landing pad power supply. Once it is pressed, the trader moves on.
