Dirty Ore

Description
Once a Deep Miner is inside bedrock it starts to produce Dirty Ore, which can be converted to regular ores using a Centrifuge or Combustion Centrifuge.
DirtyOre will be converted into one random ore in a 1:1 ratio. The ore-type produced is randomised based on the planets ore weighting settings.
Notes
- Changed in 0.2.5903.26007 (terrain update) to have ore generation tied to regions.
