skipcaptcha rights request[edit]
I've been getting into captcha hell territory where completing captchas takes longer than minor page edits.
Not sure if this is better handled with an extended-autoconfirmed role or similar granting that right so you don't have to be nagged every time someone requests this but i guess i'm the first one to have requested it so far.
