== Description ==
Nitrox 35/65 is a gas mixture of 35% [[oxygen]] and 65% [[nitrogen]] by volume. Nitrox gas mixtures generally refer to those with a oxygen volume fraction greater than 0.2 or [[air]] equivalent. 

In the scuba diving industry, enriched air nitrox is valued for its ability to reduce the partial [[pressure]] of nitrogen in a diver's gas supply, allowing for less nitrogen accumulation in the blood on a dive and reducing the need for decompression if at all.<ref>https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nitrox</ref> Decompression sickness or oxygen toxicity is not modelled in the game so there are few advantages to producing and consuming Nitrox gas mixtures. 

== Advantages ==

* Nitrox gas mixtures have a higher [[specific heat capacity]] than [[air]] mixtures
** A [[room]] filled of enriched air nitrox will have greater temperature stability than regular air

== Disadvantages ==

* To use as a suit air [[tank]], you must carry both [[nitrogen]] and [[Carbon Dioxide|carbon dioxide]] gas filters to prevent suffocation from inert gases accumulation in your [[helmet]]
* Enriched air nitrox contains a greater fraction of oxygen by volume, increasing potential fire hazard in the presence of [[methane]] or other [[Fuel|combustibles]]
