A rover can be constructer by placing a kit (Rover Frame), (created in the fabricator) and then constructin it in multiple stages similar to the Autolathe, Electronics printer etc. It can then be powered by batteries, there are three slots for these on the right hand side.
Recommended to press the gear wheel and set movement to first person to explore the vehicle.
Inside you can find:
Canister mount for o2 and co2 Filter slot 2 Battery mounts (chargers) Locker with 12 slot Suit locker Tank mount (i presume) Fuel canister slot under the ramp 2 areas separated by doors cockpit and storage area. There are two mounts on the rear of the rover that accept either a crate or portable tank.
