The headlamp is an alternative to equipment like the Space Helmet and can be equipped in slot #1. It has a slot for a single battery and can provide light when turned on.
It is part of the starting equipment for players on Loulan, but is much less useful on worlds that do not have a "shirtsleeve" atmosphere and require a suit and helmet.
