Description[edit]
The Terrain Manipulator is a tool used to manipulate terrain, it takes a battery cell to power, and a Dirt Canister to use.
Use[edit]
Use left-click while in the active hand to use. Can be used to add material to a terrain, useful for any type of terraforming.
